We believe with Advanced Look Property Inspections, LLC that Life is Good! Our inspectors are familiar with a wide variety of situations and believe that consumers have the right to expect the highest standards of thoroughness, fairness & effectiveness from their home inspector. Our goal is to protect your peace of mind by skillfully inspecting and pre-planning against problems both seen and unseen.
A typical home inspection includes examinations of your foundation, structure, roof structure, HVAC equipment, plumbing and electrical systems, built-in appliances, and exterior stucco where applicable. The purpose of the home inspection is to determine whether various items of the property are working properly, or if they are in need of repair.
Our home inspections take 2-4 hours on average to perform and we encourage your presence during the Home Inspection. By being present at the Home Inspection our professional inspectors can familiarize you with the home and explain things to you as they move through the house.

| Our Home Watch Inspection Program is designed for the vacationing, seasonal or absentee owner.
We offer a client specific, customized inspection and reporting program to insure Homeowners have peace of mind while they are away. ALPI's Home Watch Inspectors will perform a detailed inspection of your home and property by walking the property inside & out, checking for any roof, window, plumbing, and water heater leaks, appliances, lighting problems, pest infestation, and security issues. We will also bring in mail, packages, papers & small debris which will help the property to look occupied.
As a Customized Service We can monitor your sprinkler system, landscaping, pool services, start automobiles and be the local emergency contact.
If there is a problem at the property our inspector will immediately document it with pictures, contact and discuss the situation with you. From that point, we can move forward towards helping you resolve the issue by making arrangements with various vendors. On completion, we will send new pictures for you to see the final results.
| Our Home Watch Program also provides a variety of short-term or one-time personalized services including: Emergency situations &/or issues, Hurricane preparation, meeting appliance repairmen, waiting for deliveries, meeting scheduled appointments, or help track a project or renovation. ALPI's Home Watch Program can help keep things moving on our clients timeline. On arrival or departure for you or guests, ALPI can arrange for a cleaning service, stocking of your refrigerator or just a light dusting and vacuuming if needed.
Home Watch fees are based on our client's individual service needs and schedule. We want our clients to have peace of mind that everything is being taken care of the way they would like it to be while they are away and believe in personally meeting with the client at their home to accurately price their service needs.
